Answers to Help You Plan with Confidence

Whether you're booking your dog's first daycare visit or preparing for an overnight stay,
we want you to feel fully informed every step of the way.

  • 01 Do you require a temperament test?

We do not require a formal temperament test; however, all dogs must complete a complimentary meet and greet before their first daycare or boarding stay. This visit lasts approximately two hours and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Meet and greets are available Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 AM to 3 PM. If you need other days/times, please let us know and we will accommodate your schedule.

In addition, we require that every dog complete at least one full day of daycare prior to any overnight boarding. This allows our team to observe your dog’s behavior and ensure they are comfortable in our environment.

Please note: Dogs displaying human-directed aggression will not be accepted.

  • 02 Can I book a reservation the same day?

Yes. We accept same-day reservations for both daycare and boarding, based on availability.
